When people are exposed to stress stimuli, the body releases chemicals and hormones that trigger symptoms, thoughts, or behaviors in response to stress. In some cases, stress can be good for the body. because it makes the body awake which is the mechanism of the body to adjust the balance for survival and helps promote the functioning of the immune system in the body

But the stress that occurs for a long time. This may result in reactions that go beyond this momentary survival equilibrium, such as the immune system becoming less active. Digestive system  , excretory system and reproductive system cannot function normally.
